Male Riding Quad Bike Issued with Section 59 Warning

This afternoon a male who was witnessed by PCSO Kev Tudge and PCSO Becky Bullock riding a quad bike is an anti-social manner on Pound Bank Road and surrounding area of Malvern.

PC Farmer attended the area moments later with the male being issued with a Section 59 warning.

• The warning is issued when a vehicle is used in a manner that contravenes sections 3 or 34 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (careless/inconsiderate driving or off-road driving) and causes alarm, distress, or annoyance.

•  An officer will warn the driver that the vehicle may be seized if the antisocial behaviour continues or is repeated within 12 months.
